What cookies are
1.1 A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — local storage, pixels and software development kits — work in comparable ways, and everything said here about cookies applies to them too.
1.2 Cookies set by us are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by another organisation whose service runs on our pages are called third-party cookies.
02
Your choice
2.1 When you first visit our website you are shown a banner with two options: Accept and Reject.
2.2 Cookies that are not strictly necessary — currently, our analytics cookies — are not placed until you accept. Choosing Reject means analytics cookies are not set, and the site continues to work normally.
2.3 You can change your decision at any time: on the website through the cookie settings icon in the corner of the page, and in the client area through its own cookie banner. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and takes effect immediately for the future.
2.4 Where you reject analytics, no analytics cookies are placed and no analytics data about your visit is collected.
2.5 You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to the client area.

Categories we use
04
The cookies themselves
4.1 The table below lists the cookies in use at the date of this policy, on the website (takefunded.com) and in the client area (app.takefunded.com). Names and lifetimes are set by the providers and may change.
05
Third parties
5.1 Google Analytics 4, provided in the European Economic Area by Google Ireland Limited, is used for measurement of the website and of the client area, under two separate measurement properties. Google acts as our processor for this purpose and may transfer data outside the EEA under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy. Analytics cookies are placed only where you have accepted them.
5.2 Pages that embed third-party content — for example a community widget or an external video — may cause that provider to set its own cookies. Where such content is not strictly necessary, it is loaded only after you accept.
5.3 We do not sell information collected through cookies, and we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of individuals.
5.4 The chat on our website and in the client area is provided by Intercom, which acts as our processor. Its cookies are set when the chat widget loads and are listed in section 4.
06
Cookies and your personal data
6.1 Strictly necessary and functional cookies are used to perform our contract with you and to keep the service secure. Analytics cookies are used only on the basis of your consent.
6.2 How we handle the personal data behind these operations, how long we keep it and what rights you have are described in the Privacy Policy.
07
Changes and contact
7.1 This policy is updated whenever the technologies we use change. The current version and its date are always published on the website.
